cb56
John Condon at Christian Brothers racked 380 as a junior. He's about 5'6 and weighs around 210. Don't believe me? Check out cbhs wrestling and look at 215 weight class. He's there.

wuzMP63
They aren't lying about David Sharp. He can lift a lot of weight. It's unreal. They've had him lifting ever since he started as a freshman though.

pbp1185
260's not really that great for a sophmore, my sophmore year i was benching 315 w/ no performance enhancers, there was a guy at Red Bank who graduates this year who weighs about 180 pounds and he supposedly benched around 400 between his sophmore and junior years, he's all upper body and has 2 sticks for legs but ive worked out with him before and i believe he probly did close to if not more than 400 at one time
theman06
i believe 260 is not high i'm a freshman and abot 30 lbs away from that. i just don't think that is that high for a sophmore
Longsnapper
I know weightlifting is really important in the game of football, but a bench press means nothing on the field unless you know how to use it. Squats are the best lifts you can do to improve performance in football.
