Alright then...both of your relay teams have a lot of improving to do. Your 4x200 and 4x400 relays both finished dead last in state, and the times that you ran would not have even won A-AA. And while it is nice that the entire relays was made up of sophomores, it doesn't mean that your team will automatically be better. I'm not trying to put you down...I'm only giving the facts. Good luck to your team this year.

KGP paid you the courtesy of being gentle, I don't feel the need to. A 4x4 time of 3:32 at state is nothing at all to get excited about. Our 4x4 B TEAM (yes, our #5-#8 guys) ran 3:34 last year (our varsity ran 3:18 at state). In our region, you have to run a 1:28 in the 4x2 just to GET to state. Be proud of what you do, and be excited about your future if you are young team, but save the audacity and the trash talk for when you actually have a runner in the final homestretch by the time the winner crosses the finish line. Calm down, train hard and let your legs do the talking. There are still plenty of people blowing you away.

Seeing as how kgp got third in the AAU National Decathlon his junior year, i doubt he really cares that you won sectional. You're not bad A until you actually accomplish something.
