Ditto. You shouldnt ask someone for their opinion, and then get mad if you dont agree with it. Some Fairview players (well maybe it was only 1) bragged about their team and made excuses for their losses over and over and over and over and over this year. Dont brag until you have accomplished something. No offense, but thats just the way it is.

loses there was only 3 and districts fairview got ripped everyone that was there knows that and there was no more smack talked then anyother thread on here.Fairview did awsome this year and no one is giving the respect in which they deserve. next year will be the year fairview is gonna be the one to beat but thats just me stating my opinion not talking smack as you call it but thats what i think will happen with what i hear a few more of fairview player started playing travel this summer. only losing 2 starters they will be strong next year as for them playing stronger teams they played the same teams they played last year 02 season which went 3-10 and for the 03 season they went 10-3 next year they will try to get more games with bigger schools. they are building for years to come with a travel team in fairview at the u12 group that should help build what fairview has already! david, shut up. you do enough talking to stop up these boards permanently, and none of it is constructive. you talking doesn't help the team at all, and it reflects on the rest of us. matt told you earlier to shut up and you told him "well said matt", then you proceeded to keep running your mouth. once and for all, DO NOT COMMENT IN HERE. you MAY post scores, you MAY give an unbiased play-by-play of the scrimmages, you MAY give player stats, but that's IT. no smack, no side comments, no nothing about your predictions for the season.

    • RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
    • I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"
    • TSSAA will let them all go to Mase.
    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
