Bob Winston must have done an amazing job just before leaving to get these boys to this point in their careers!!! Good job this season and keep up the good work!

2001 MBA 4-6 and losing in first round of playoffs to CBHS

2002 Start off with a win at DB but loose next four games, come back to win 12 straight and state championship vs. BA

2003 MBA starts 5-0 with wins over #4 Trinity, Southaven, Baylor, and BGA

No one's at the top YET, but Mt. Pleasant, White Co., and Coffee Co sure come to mind.

MBA was 6-5 in 2001. They havent had a losing season since the early 80's. I would hardly call that the cellar.

2001 - Dan corrected you.

2002 - MBA was never under .500, didn't lose four in a row (only two in a row), and won 5 straight to finish 9-4 and state champs.

Good job at 4-0 but you havent won anything yet.. you could easily finish 4-6 with that attitude. (not sarcasm, just saying).

2001- 5-6 including 31-0 loss to Hendersonville in the playoffs

 

2002- 11-2 only losses to Brentwood. Key wins included Blackman, Lincoln Co., Dickson Co., Hendersonville, and undefeated Gallatin at their place.

 

2003- 4-1 only loss to as of yet undefeated Lincoln Co. Key win so far versus Oakland.

 

Quite a turnaround I'd say. Maybe not the biggest ever, but definitely one Franklin fans should be proud of.

Hey pal, it's 12 oclock at night and i'm running on 4 hours of sleep. Combined with the fact that I wake up at 530 tomorrow makes for a very tired fella. So if I want turnaround to be one stinkin' word, that's the way it is! Deal with it.

hey dilligaf bob winston could not coach his way out of a wet paper bag!!!!!!!! you type the right word's on paper and you can make anybody (BOB) look like a coach...think the football god's he is page's super coach now may mp never see him again....................
