MBA vs. McCallie

Alright time to start talking about McCallie vs. MBA. I personally think that the game will be very close, closer than most people think, but MBA will win. Anybody else have predictions?

Tough question, but i think MBA comes out with a win. McCallie will keep it close though.

As we have seen time and time again, anyone can win on Friday night; that is what makes HS football such a wonderful game. MBA is a pretty good team; however, they have yet to prove that they are a great team. Their toughest games of the year lie in front of them, and one of the biggest comes up Friday night.

 

McCallie is a well coached and athletic football team, just like the Big Red. This will definitely be a close game, and I see it coming down to ball control and turnovers.

 

I like MBA's balanced attack, and I think that will be the difference in the game, at least I hope so.

I'm rootin for McCallie, but of course MBA will put up a good fight. If they have an off night they will lose, other than that they will have it.

Give me a break. MBA is ranked among the top teams in the nation. Yes, McCallie is a good team, but they will be surprised when the talent of MBA is shown. Coach Rutledge has proved that he can win under any circumstances, and the way that the BIG RED are rolling, I think it will be hard to stop them. MBA 38 - McCallie 17

MBA wins by 14+, I think. McCallie plays hard, doesn't ever quit, and has some good players. This will be the best physical challenge that MBA has faced, and should be a great "ramp up" game to Christian Brothers.

Remember that being a gentleman is the greatest goal of an MBA student. Humility is a great part of being a gentleman. MBA has been fortunate to have several great football teams in the past ten years and i hope that luck continues. Their have been great teams at MBA in past and there will be more to come in the future, but at the moment you are just a small part of something much bigger. Let the tradition of MBA football speak for itself, and let this years team speak for itself on the field. There are four games left to play and if you take any one of them for granted it could be your first loss. I hope everyone on the hill will keep up the hard work, good luck on Friday, Roll Red Roll.

RollRedRoll, I seriously hope you copy and pasted that. If not you got way too much free time. I'm pullin for a McCallie win here led by my boy Ryan Moore! However I do know MBA is very talented and I don't see them losing anytime soon. Go Big Blue, but if I'm putting money on it, I say MBA by 3.

One could argue I have too much free time on my hands, especially my wife, who will occasionally pass by the PC and ask me if I'm "looking at that high school football crap again".
