You guys have this one...I'm just not impressed with Brentwood this year.

Brentwood will use the excuse that Van Horne was injured in those games faninthestand...

 

And to that I say, what's your point? Last time I checked, football is a sport played by eleven at a time, not one. If you want to use that, then I'll say this. Franklin only lost to Lincoln County because of the guys we didn't have in there on D. Oh, you laugh, don't you? Cause that's just not true. It's a big factor, sure, but you can't say "well Van Horne wasn't in the game, so we just barely won."

Don't know where you get the idea that Brentwood would use the excuse that Van Horne was hurt. He had a good game against Blackman and an awesome game against Centennial(23 tackles- 12 solo and 11 assists). Be kind of hard to make excuses with those kind of numbers.

It's only Monday and BDD has already showed what type person he is. BDD...you are an embarrassment to us player/past player parents. you should be a better example to our youth.

Awwwwwwwww you hurt my fellings..........not......having put up with the aforementioned sportscasters nonsense and realizing that fromthetop2 is either he or his sidekick and if not very quick to defend the aforementioned's actions, I have no qualms in letting into him with both barrels. There is not a franklin parent or player that doesn't despise his tirades. He was taken out of the booth for the reasons mentioned in the prior post and these feelings don't die easily. Besides it gives flavor to the whole rivalry. So if you don't like it.....

Now that is a really sophomoric thing to say.  Everybody else is showing respect for everybody else regardless if they agree with the others opinion and then you get into the fray.  If you really are a dad why don't you act like a mature adult rather than the high school wannabe you sound like.

When was the last Franklin win, by the way? Was it the 2000(?) game when Gizmo Murray romped for 180 yards in a win?
