william blount is now looking for a new coach as well as heritage. i think it is the first time that the county schools will have coaching openings at the same time for the govs it will be their fourth in four years

Halls will be needing a defensive Coor. If he decides to leave. Julian will have several chances.

Maryville will have an opening. Someone is leaving.

AE will have an opening. Stockdale will be leaving.

I would say the best job out of those for an up and coming assistant would be the Halls, Clinton, South-Doyle, Gibbs, or AE job.

thanks for narrowing that list down billygoat !! i'd say some assistants ought to consider themselves lucky if they're allowed to be a water boy on a non-playoff team .

My bad -- I was being a bit shortsighted there in my remarks by not including the Blount County jobs. How could I not mention the Heritage and William Blount openings? Either would be good jobs seeing as how one of them is destined to take over and rule Blount Co. athletics.
