where are all the smack talkers from 7aa?

I'd say the J-County fans are driving back from the game...and I'm sure when they get online...they'll accept the loss with grace and dignity...because I've seen nothing less from them this year...

7aa smack talkers can still talk the smack...cause I believe....if I'm not wrong...that Livingston is in 7aa????????????...so blah!!!

Marissa...I'm sorry if the reports are correct and you ended with 1999...but baby...YOU should party like it's 1999 anyway...cause...you've had one great ride...Good Luck at TTU....

Good post Queen Bee. We have four more years watching Marissa do her magic at TTU. B) I think there will be some Lady Blue Devil fans, joining in the Hog Eye chant in the 'boro.

Marissa ended with 2001 career points. Congrats! B) McMinn was just the better team tonight, they played hard and is a very good team. The run had to end sometine and I am proud of the season the girls had. Good luck to LA in the state, bring the gold ball back where it belongs, in 7AA.

Congratulations to JC on another fine season. All good things must come to an end. This may not be an end, though. Just an interruption.

All local teams should wish the others well. Everyone will always remember 4 in a row.

Like I said in a post a couple of months ago....Fans who get used to being in the 'BIG DANCE' really begin to appreciate the State Tourney/Murfreesboro experience when their team doesn't get to go.

It never crossed my mind that we could lose tonight, but as you all say, everything must come to an end sometime! To the Lady Blue Devils, what a great season! Good luck to all of you seniors in whatever you wish to do in life, and for next years team, an early good luck! I never thought I would say this, but Good Luck to LA!!! Bring that State Championship back to 7AA!

    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
