DEADEYE: None, nada, nary, as in zero stolen bases on her since mid year last year when she gave up 2. Frozen ropes to all bases. She is the best HS catcher I have ever seen play HS ball, and we play the best the state has to offer.

GET YOU RFACTS STRAIGHT!!!!! CARA STILES (SODDY DAISY) STOLE 2ND BASE IN THE FIRST INNING OF THE REGION FINAL GAME AND LESLIE VESS STOLE 2ND BASE IN THE THIRD INNING OF THE SAME GAME. IN THE STATE TOURNAMENT WINNERS BRACKET FINAL STILES STOLE 2ND IN THE THIRDINN. AND IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME LAUREN UPTON STOLE 2ND IN THE FIRST INNING. THERE'S 4 BASES STOLE AGAINST "THE GUN" IN THREE GAMES. HOW MANY MORE DID WE FORGET ABOUT???????????????

Deadeye likes his catcher. I do too. She is great. Heck, she is going to college to play Div. 1 on a scholarship. Maybe if you would take your prozac, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO SHOUT!!! Maybe could spell better too. Did you play Div. 1 ball? Who for? When? By the way, I saw the first game you were SHOUTING about. Wild pitches don't count as stolen bases. Do you know about fastpitch? Cara was a great baserunner. As far as playng the best teams, Soddy lost to Goodpasture, Cumberland beat them. Soddy lost to Hendersonville. Cumberland split with them. Soddy beat Lipscomb in extra innings. Cumberland went 1-2 against them. Soddy is a great team. So is Cumberland. Soddy is guaranteed to play in the regions. So is Cumberland. Cheer for your team, and we will cheer for ours. Have a nice day. Have fun bashing me too. I know you'll enjoy it, but I won't get a chance to respond....got get ready to play. Hey PurePF... now I am sure I know who you are! You all had a great post season, and you are also a great catcher.

 

I doubt the previous poster is from Soddy. All of the folks I met from there are super, and certainly don't require boosting their own self by belittling others. I don't want to infer bad stats, so I went back and modifed my post. We just don't repsond to that poster, ok? Stay positive!

I didn't say I didn't like Swearengen. All I'm saying is that she WAS stolen on last year 4 times by Soddy girls in 3 games. Not trying to belittle anybody or boast about anybody from Soddy. Just trying to set the record straight. Wear your red! How is my spelling this time?

Columbia Academy has a great catcher this year and she is only and 8th grader she is a very strong cather and also has a very strong bat she leads the team in homeruns with 7 so be ready for her in the next few years!
