She was born in Freeport...her dad was a bigtime football player who went to Arkansas to play and returned to Freeport after college...family moved to Tennessee when she was 10 or so...we visit relatives still in the area...

what part of Texas are you from? familiar with Freeport?

Actually I grew up in California (San Francisco area), but am in the Dallas/Ft Worth area of Texas now. Huge HS football fan, with season tickets to my daughter's school (Southlake Carroll). They have played for the State Championship the past 2 years, winning their 4th title of all-time in 2002. Should be in the mix again this year.
