and as far as history goes...the Eagleton team of Reece M, Jeremy S, Mark R. John Clay Garland and many others went as far as anyone from the recent history of Eagleton teams...one game short of the Senior's World Series....thanks mainly to Coach Robby Bennett of Heritage.... Give Robby time, he will get Heritage to states.

My apologies for leaving Jeremy Stache off the list. (that's the problem with making a list)

And yes Army and Mr. Stache will be at a regional in the south. At LSU (the Box) to be exact. And they get the reward of playing the Tigers to open the regional!

Good luck Jeremy!

Just a follow up. Cory Williams played in front of the Chatt. State coaches this weekend and played well. Did not commit but other colleges were talking. His team played well with all Blount County players beating East Cobb on Saturday 7-4 and EastCobb had 6 div1 players already signed on the field

What bout Justin Sauceman (Alcoa). Lost his freshman yr due to having to drop a class and didnt pick up one in time. He played in the scimmage against the Smokies and did very well. I grew up playing basketball games with Stache and might just have to take a little trip to LSU. ESPN doesnt say when regions start atleast i havent seen them. Anybody know

Army will play LSU on Friday @ 2:00pm (cdt).

One word of advice .... A trip to Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge is not like heading over to Lindsey Nelson, in Knoxville. Chances are good that all the tickets will be pre-sold. Look for over 9,000+ rabid LSU Tiger fans in attendance!

You can order tickets .... check the article on the Army website.

Actually, the score in the ETP and East Cobb game was 5-2. The pitching and defense by ETP was increadible.
