Lenoir City v CA

I don't mean to make light of the state tournament, but Lenoir City has gotten a gift with their first round matchup....

 

I have watched CA over the last few months (especially the last several games) and LC should have no problem with this team. Lenoir City may not have the record, but the way you've played against "quality" opponents should have more than prepared you for CA and their soft Middle TN schedule.

 

LC your reservations in Memphis should definately be for at least two nights, probably three. Hume-Fogg / Westview might as well start preparing now for LC!!!

I hardly doubt LC has a bye. CA ended LC's season in Chattanooga a few years ago if I'm not mistaken.

CA soundly beat Lenoir City two years ago in Chattanooga to end LC's season. I seriosuly doubt we have a bye, but thanks for the confidence viper. Good luck to both teams.

They beat a very good CCS team. Dont overlook anyone Lenior City. Play your game, and you will be fine.

Im sure LC will play their game. Their forwards have been really fired up this last games and they intend to keep it that way. The midfield is very strong and their defence I believe speaks for itself. Just play ur A game LC and u will do great things in Memphis...Remember 1 game at a time...!

No game at state is a bye. All the teams there are quality teams. CA proved this by beating a very good CCS team. Maybe they would only beat them once in 10 tries but it proves they are good enough to be here. Good luck to everyone at state.

just for the beginning comment i'll have to say CA 2- LC-0.

 

of course CA probably isn't used to playing on good fields so they will probably lose. just like last year when they lost 6-0 to ccs because they were playing a better field than they were used to.

so im going to have to say LC3- CA1

Sounds like the Lenoir City fans are a little overconfident. I hope the players don't feel this way because they will be packing up and heading home if they do. Columbia Academy is a good team that will fight until the end and find a way to win. I hope CA puts the clamps down on Lenior City just because of the cocky arrogant fans on this board.
