Teddy gaines was good yes, umm..a player that reminds me of him is Stephen Moten, up comming Jr. you are sure to see him outt here, a great great player with speed, he plays like a Sr. and I cant wait to watch him

I can't remember who played in the last decade and who played longer ago than that. Some great linemen and linebackers.....but seems my era was more than a decade ago!!!!!

 

I have never seen two corners more athletic and dominating than Gaines and Graves their senior year. That was awesome. The name "McMillen" has been good to the tribe for what seems like a lifetime.

 

It is a lot of fun to think about these kids and how they have contributed...I think the players that stand out most in my mind are the ones that are not the "greatest" athletes that have worked hard to become High School stars through hard work and great coaching. I won't call names because I don't want to make anybody mad....but every year there are kids that make a huge impact on this team that 2 years before were not even on the radar screen. We have had all conference Def Ends in the last 10 years that were not even contributors on the Frosh or JV squads.

 

A tribute tho this coaching staff and the all around program. It breeds winners and has a winning attitude... not sure I can just pick an all decade team.....but fun thinking about it!

Hard not to add Jeremy Graves to the defensive backfield. I thought he was better than Gaines.

 

I was always impressed by Jessee and Jacob McMillian.
