hey i think the strongest soph. would be Zach Scruggs from rockwood high school he benches 315 and squats 500 and i think he is gonna be the real deal so remember that

I can back up cornhusker and tell you firsthand that I know the stats he is giving you of Sharp is true and not a lie. You shouldn't be hating, but congratulating instead. I know for a fact that Sharp works hard for where he is at and yes he should be a prospect. He has got talent and this was only his sophmore year. I think everyone should be eager to watch him in the upcoming season.

ITS TRUE ABOUT SHARP . I AM FROM FAIRVIEW AND MY COACH LOOKED INTO IT AND IT IS TRUE HE DOES BENCH ATLEAST 400 AND PROBALLY MORE NOW. EVEN THOUGH I HATE TO ADMIT IT !

Sharp is really benching over 400 lbs. He and a couple of the receivers at LCHS are really working hard and training to have a great arial attack next year led by Senior Chris Rochelle, who is being heavily recruited by I-A schools. Also Lewis Co.'s defense is looking good.

bench is only one lift you can bench 300 lbs but can you squat 500?

I'm sure Kingsnake and Cole (what ever his name is) can't squat over 300lbs think about it there from warren county they are always slow and weak...

Kingsnake thinks he is something but we will see during season.

 

I think the strongest player was Sammie Lopez he was a running back from Warren County but he got kicked off because he stole a cow head from Oakland (amazing things happens in Warren County)

Cornhusker, I somehow don't believe you about your QB! First off my best friend is a senior basketball player and only has a 32 inch vertical, Carl Stewart is also a senior and only has a 31 inch vertical. Both could bench a truck, but I know my best friends goal this year is 300 and you're telling me a Sophomore QB is benching more than he is...I honestly don't see that happening!

Nick Forte from Brentwood Academy got 345 on a 1 rep bench max in July. That could contend.

Before this post thread is over some sophomore will be benching over 1000 lbs way the numbers keep streching!But some may be true. :confused:

First off, Sharp isn't a sophomre now...he's a junior. What Cornhusker put was posted quite a bit ago. Secondly, he can now bench 425, atleast. I can completely back it up. But believe what you want, even though this is the truth.
