Harriman at Wartburg

Figured I would get a thread started about this big region game for both teams. Wartburg is coming off a tough loss to county-rival Coalfield, while Harriman is playing some confident and inspired football. What is everybody's pick on this one and why?

Wartburg is coming off a very tough loss to Coalfield, but it's region time now, look for them to step up it up a notch, but not as bad as you think since Harriman is much im proved...Wartburg 28-13

if wartburg plays like they did agaist coalfield, and if the wartburg line plays bad, harriman will beat them good. but i still think wartburg will come out with the win. 13 to 7 thumb

If Coalfield's speed is what killed Wartburg the Friday night could be another long night for the Bulldogs because I think Harriman has better overall skill players than Coalfield.

However, this is a gut check game for Wartburg and Harriman could be in for a let down after two very emotional weeks of football. I think Harriman has the better team but they could be flat Friday night.

Give us the low-down on the dogs. How are you all looking after the game with the jackets? What do you think about Harriman? Didn't you see them practice earlier this fall?

harriman by 13. i like the way harriman is playing. just hope it stops by week 10

I know Travis Tapp would love nothing more than to beat Wartburg after suffering quite a few losses to the Bulldogs when he was at Oakdale. Coach Tapp has more speed than he has ever had and will have the Blue Devils ready. Harriman is vastly improved, but I think Wartburg will have more fire this week than they did last week.

Wartburg was flat last week, while Harriman has played hard the last 2 weeks. Will Harriman have a let down game, or will they continue to play like a whole new team than the last couple years. Id say Harriman by 1.
