Obviously, Rod Smiths gone. Its not like it will be an upset of Milan loses. It would be an upset if Milan won. You get the drift?

Hmmmm, upset if Milan won? Guess that means Milan is already expecting to get beat by Huntingdon.

Huntingdon knows from experience that you can't overlook anyone. Lexington will be ready. Huntingdon will be ready. Should be a heck of a game.

This just in,  Huntingdon,  better have a pass defense. The Big Red is going to pass Huntingdon to death, then they will slip the ball to one of their backs and just outrun the secondary to pay dirt. Mustangs better order some tissues you are going to need them to wipe the tears from your eyes.

So you think lexington is faster than Huntingdon? Hmmmmmm, very interesting. Do you also think lexington is more physical because after all, that will tale the tale.

I am looking forward to this contest, no doubt Lexington is a much improved team. Our secondary needs a good test to see where they stand. I understand that Lexington's coach promised Mansfield a MAJOR beatdown this year!!!   Should be interesting.....

Mansfield put up some points in the final minute or two last year in the win when they were already up by 20 or so and that ruffled some feathers.

This is the most athletic team Lexington has fielded since the late 80s. Not many high school teams are able to boast a QB, RB, and WR that aren't in the Super 7 (an entirely different story). Even the most ignorant of fans will have to admit that it will be harder than normal to defend.

Huntingdon's main strength is the players' physical strength. If Lexington can man up with them in the trenches then this will be a close game. If Huntington is able to dominate the line then Huntingdon will win again. Mansfield does an incredible job of having his teams physically prepared.

I will caution the Mustang fan with this. Don't think it will be a runaway simply because of what has happened the past few years. Anyone at the games the past 2 years knows that with a break or two falling Lexington's way, the outcomes would have been MUCH closer than the final scores indicated. This is an older team that has experience, and that does count for something (see Oregon State's kicker).

Huntingdon is the favorite as they should be, but don't count the Tigers out yet. It should be a game worth watching, and thankfully I'm going to get to make it to this one.
