I'm not a Westview fan, but I've seen them play and I think that if they keep their head on straight they could go all the way. So Good Luck in the Playoffs!!

1 of 4 teams Westview, Milan, Huntingdon or Carver is going to the finals. Carver has a defense, something the others do not have. Carver has home field advantage, any sandlot in Memphis. Just something to think about

Carver is a tough squad but Westview has beaten them before in Memphis. I think the chargers will go pretty far in the playoffs.

I will get my first glimpse of the Chargers this Friday night as they host Trenton Peabody. Obviously, Westview has been the best team in 2A in west TN over the past seven weeks. It doesn't seem that they are slowing down either. They should be very tough come playoff time.

I think Westview will do well in the playoffs. We are doing well right now an hopefully we can keep it up. It's all up to us what we want to do. But we just have to take it 1 game at a time.

Westview could take this one all the way, if they do 2 things play a game at a time and dont under estimate ANY TEAM! Westview is looking good, the like what they got going for them, i think they will go deep, hopefully all the way.

Carver is good this year...But,they were suppose to be good last year too....So,I went to see them play Milan in the playoffs last year....Milan won pretty easily...Carver is like most inner-city Memphis teams...Very atheletic but not very disciplined and not very well coached......If some of the area coaches(Morris at Milan,Mansfield at Huntingdon or Coady at Westview) had their talent they would be in the state championship almost every year....Westview is playing the best football of any West Tn 2A team right now...If they can continue and avoid injuries they will be in Murfreesboro the first weekend in December...

I believe that if Westview ends up winning 7 2A (via a Milan loss to Humbolt) and then the table is set for them to make it to at least the semi's. I figure they would meet Milan again in the quarters, but a region win would give them homefield in the rematch. (If they meet a region 8 team they would be on the road) and then the semifinal would be a home game as well. Westview could if things shake out play all 4 playoff games at home. (I think) I just hope it's Huntingdon your playing in the semi's.

I think that Westview can go all the way if they dont get a big head. They have the best RB in the state, and just as long as they dont give up the big play and fumble the ball, then they should do well.
