ok folks, decided to lay low (due to work out of town) and have some thoughts about this upcomming games where region 1 takes on region 2. and here's my thought (not that it matters).

 

db takes out ooltewah in convincing fashion

ccchs loses heart breaker to farragut

sd takes out karns

or wipes sc out

 

but this is a ccchs thread so will focus on them.

 

farragut: good defense and a good ground game.

 

ccchs: good defense and a good ground game.

 

game points: both teams similar in reputation here. defense and run. however, experience plays a big factor in this game. farragut has been there before and ccchs has not. farragut played in a tough region while ccchs has played in a region where the balance of power has changed leaving lot's of question marks as to how tough the region is.

ccchs:7 (if they make the extra point lol)

Campbell County is so awful that they shut down the supposedly potent Karns offense.  Campbell County is so awful that they finsihed 2nd in the region and are now hostibg a playoff game.  Campbell County is so awful that they will advance to the second round of the playoffs.  bigeastfbguru where is your team in the playoffs?  Unless you are with D-B, which I know you aren't because they have class and you sir are classless, then the Cougars are obviously better than whoever you pull for.

peeblee,i think i get dumber just by reading your posts. farragut by 20+, you saw it here first. oh and all you farragut guys, check out the rebel flags that the hicks are gonna have hanging around at cambell co. seems as if they just cant get losing out of thier system....first the civil war and now campbell co football.....a tradition of losing.

Give both teams some credit and stop the poor mouthing.  They are both deserving to be where they are.  Besides, all the typing in the world as fast as you can on this or any other website doesn't win or lose or anything,  that priviledge my friends belongs to the lads in pads on Friday night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   thumb

Excellent choice of words my friend. I say we set up a side attraction at CC Fri night and let all the lip flappers go to the practice field to battle it out. Both teams are good enough to be here let us let the players decide who can talk smack after the final whistle.

yet we gathered our crapand moved on to better things...CC got better after that 35-0 loss ...how did Jeff co respond down teh stretch of teh season when rhe pressure to win was on to win in order tomake the playoffs...CC responded by winning teh necessary games to advance to the playoffs...

at least jeff county's uniforms are clean...and will be that way until next fall...CC jerseys will get dirty and sweaty at least one more time...even if CC losses to Fairie-gut atleast teh Cougs advanced past the regular weason...

Do not underestimate Campbell County. They play hard and tough. If they really want to win this game, Farragut will have a hard time beathing them. Farragut is not physical enough for a full-strength CC team.
