Portland placed 4th in 2002 and went to Chattanooga Howard and won 19-16. Last year we were also in 4th and went to Walker Valley and won 37-12. Region 4 is usually stronger than region 3 and I think TC will beat WV this week.

I think FRA at Mt. Pleasant will be close. I know they are undefeated but they play a weak schedule and FRA's region is much tougher.
