Soddy-Daisy I think has just as good of a chance as Ooltewah beating DB if not better! When Soddy played Ooltewah, they outplayed Ooltewah but made costly turnovers and lost the game. Soddy has a better shot at beating Db, with their passing attack and the size advantage over almost every team they play. I look for another upset.

Soddy- 28

DB- 24

Hey Art- The stats you qouted did not include the 52-0 whipping of Karns. One of the Sd people giving the stats is a coach on the team. I'm sure they have the right stats.

You remember Karns? DB-42 Karns-14. You gave up 2 touchdowns to Karns? They were the worst team we've seen all year! We didn't even throw the ball in the 2nd half. And they made the playoffs in region 1? Wow! That must have been another game lamon sat out. Do you guys sit a player every game for discipline problems, just so no one feels left out?

It's pretty sad when coaches have to get on message boards and talk about how good teams are. At least DB sits players when they do something wrong. Remember the 3 offensive linemen in the McMinn-SD game? What about the cheating incident? At least DB prepares players for life.

What in the world are you talking about? Fourseamer sits in the stands. How can he be a coach? Who on the line are you talking about? Who Cheated?

If you are going to talk crap, back it up.

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
