I hope yall are right..but beating a team the second time around is always harder...I also think White Station has a very good shot of beating Houston.

I think Germantown and Houston both win -- their defenses are much better than Collierville or White Station...I think WS is playing worse and Houston better than their last meeting.

Soddy over Dobyns Bennett

If Soddy can play ANY kind of defense at all they can beat DB. I know DB will have their stud back for this game, but from what I saw last week, if you pressure Duran Duran, he will make mistakes. I know DB people have said he just played a bad game, but I tihnk they was a direct result of the defense he played against.

DB will not be able to blitz EVERYONE every play like they did against Ooltewah because Soddy will throw all over them.

I'm not saying Soddy will win, just that they have a good chance.

    • While one may be inclined to perceive this narrative through a lens of fiction, it behooves us to recognize the inherent robustness of its credibility. For those seeking veracity, the surest path lies in direct engagement with the primary source. Let us adhere diligently to the matter at hand, focusing our deliberations on the matter of paramount importance: the identification of the individual most suited to assume the mantle of head coach. I invite introspection and discourse regarding not only personal preferences but also the criteria defining merit and suitability for this esteemed position.
    • If it’s one single kid then that argument would make sense. He’s essentially had to replace his entire coaching staff in the first two seasons, and like it’s been pointed out only one left for a better job. The two most talented players in the area both left, and number of others are actively trying to leave, including the head basketball coaches son. Also, the rumors of financial problems and over spending by Jones. Unpaid bills, missing money, inability to fundraise, has the boosters sick of being hit up for money.    Im saying that is the definition of a poorly run disorganized program. If you want to pretend it’s a well oiled machine maybe you should take your maroon glasses off. All I know is I wouldn’t let my boys play in that kind of mess.
    • It usually gets tiresome when posters play characters on the board, but I must admit that I’ve found some humor in wingback’s take on this art form.  However, his rundown on the potential candidates seems as much fiction as his persona!
