This game will be great! Hope the LA faithful show up cause I was a little dissappointed at the showing for trousdale. What will it take to win? Good offensive and defensive line play. ESPECIALLY, no false starts or encroachments! Killed us last time! But I know that we will be better prepared this time. GO HOG-EYE!!! What about it, 02wildcat?

Smith County is one to talk Twan, I sat next to a Smith County fan who stood and cheered while a Portland player was on the ground!  It wasn't the I'm happy my team is winning cheer neither, it was the I hope he's out of the game cheer!  THAT IS CLASS or at least the last three letters of class anyways!

I believe the owl fans, players, coaches, and cheerleaders do have "class". If I do recall p town is the side that had the crazed panther fan run and bombard a proud sc fan and break her finger off and throw her bell across the field. Now is that what you call class?... But onto the up coming ball game subject. Dont get me wrong I believe that both teams are very well equipped, but as talk is around Smith County the owls want this victory really bad. I believe that they will take the win and will go on to the substate. Livingston on the other hand will be at the substate too..... But only in the crowd :o So i believe we will meet again we will just be looking up at yall in the stands.

Looks like this thread will be as long as the bible by the end of this week.....another example of the uneducated and their internet. By the way sleep, whats up. I told ya I would be on here starting a lil bit of trouble before too long and to stifler, your team didn't get "on it" as you like to say. Oh well though, it appears that I did miss a couple of good games this weekend. Well it looks like you have a couple of teams that have the "can't win the big one" label firmly attached to them. This is as far as any of them has made it, neither getting to the 4th round ever ( I bet you Smith fans remember last years 3rd round playoff game ). I picked LA at the beginning of the season because I felt they just had way too many weapons though I figured they could choke because, well they are Livingston, thats what they do best. And you have Smith Co. back again for the 3rd straight shot at getting by the infamous 3rd round. Heard you guys were beyond lucky to win catching a hail mary and then watching Coach Roger Perry do one of his famous coaching blunders by not having his qb spike the ball allowing them 2 shots at the end zone instead of one. This should be a great game to watch despite both teams short comings in the past. Smith of course has the advantage playing in that hole they call a football facility where the homecooking gets so good that you don't even need a pregame meal.  Also Smith did beat LA this year and they are the region champs, I am sticking with my preseason pick of LA being the best team in the district. Too many weapons for Smith to have to contain. LA wins by 10.

Nah...actually we've been to the semis. As for the game last week...Portland converted two 4th down plays of 9 and 13 yards in the next to last drive.

The last play they threw to the sideline with the intention of getting out of bounds. He just didn't get out. It was a good coaching call. The other option would have been to throw to the endzone. Most of our defense was pretty close to the goal line. Also...our throw to the endzone was not a hail mary. There was a minute left and we were on the 35 yard line with one timeout left. It WAS a great play by Billy Plummer to come up with the ball. I think we went to regions a long time ago.

There are no districts in football. At least you were consistent. You didn't get anything right. Uneducated indeed. :o
