I don't foresee any undefeated teams winning the state in class 2A--LOL!! Will be one of the two private powerhouses outta Nashville or do one of the public powers that be have anything for Goodpasture or Lipscomb?? Such as....well, any of them??

I don't know enough about the far east teams to really say...but I will say that the west will be hard to beat this year...all are hard hitting, and lightning fast with each's defense peaking right now...my uneducated and somewhat biased vote goes to the west! thumb

I argree i don't think lipscomb OR Alcoa would be able to keep up with hunnington or milan....to tell you the truth i don't belive they could keep up with camden with the boyd brothers at runningbacks. I guess is that it'll either be milan,camden, or hunnington that'll bring home the ball thumb

Well they got smoked last year to a not very proven Lipscomb squad that got smoked in the state championship. I know young teams can improve but it would have to be a drastic change in order to beat any team out of the west this year.

Well, you just wait and see! An SEC wide reciever can't do squat if the quarterback is cleaning grass out of his helmet after every passing play! An SEC safety can't do a whole lot if the defensive line is getting blown off the ball!
