Will Franklin be at the McCallie & Father Ryan tournaments this year? I know that they were at the Father Ryan tournament last season.

Top-ranked Franklin (in both the AP poll and Matman rankings) won the overall team title with 151.5 points, followed by Collierville with 79.

 

Kenwood took third with 57.5 points. Both Kenwood and Collierville are receiving votes in the AP poll. Collierville is ranked fifth and the Knights 10th in the Matman rankings.

 

Dickson County (45 points) and McGavock (43 points) rounded out the top five.

 

Northwest (40 points) was sixth, Fort Campbell (28 points) took eighth and Central (22 points) was 11th.

 

Dickson County won the Most Improved Team Award and Franklin's Bond Davis, the 160-pound winner, was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler.

 

Eleven FHS wrestlers traveled to Clarksville.

These fresman siblings will add much to point totals in upcoming events. Will the younger Heacock be able to break into the lineup this year? What weight is he now?
