untame
How did Columbia's Justen Bullock look??? 825471635 Justin was in foul trouble with 2 early fouls in the 1st q. But he looked good in the second half with some good defense and key shots. He is a good all around player. This was a game almost the same as the 2003 game at giles when they went to over time. Tyler took over when they was down late and scored plus created other shots for his teammates. He is the real deal. And bad because he had 31 pts and he didn't play like he can. GREAT GAME. To Columbia's coach, you have 2 fouls to give, and there is 10 seconds left, instead of letting them dribble all the way down court, why not use your fouls??? you told them don't foul and back off. A player like Tyler will make you pay for that and he did!
wingman10
Tyler will be the difference in a lot of games.
Guest catfish-hunter
Giles Co beats Columbia 65-64. Channing Coffey scores with about 2 seconds left to give Giles Co the win. Tyler Smith had 31 points. Clint Marable led Columbia with 18 points and 6 rebounds. 825466793 Unless I'm mistaken, I believe that I'm the guy who said that Channing Coffey is Giles County's playmaker. He is not their best player obviously, but when Holt's Bobcats need a play late in a close game Channing always seems to be the guy that makes the plays for Giles County. Tyler Smith scored 31-points in this one, but what I want to know is how many outside jumpers did he hit??? Were all of his points layups and dunks or has his perimeter game improved over the summer??? Congrats to Giles County on a big win!!! Obviously, you didn't see the game. Coffey's shot was set up entirely by Smith. Smith drew the entire defense to him, then hit Coffey with an awesome pass under the goal for a layup. Coffey scored the layup, but Smith was the man. That's 4 Real!!!!
4 real
Oh, I forgot, all his points were not layups. He hit three or four 3's and a few mid-range jumpers. Smith had a great all-around game, scoring everywhere on the court with two or three defenders on him most of the game. That's 4 Real!!! wneely
Yea down by 4 with like a minute left to play. Guy had Tyler D'd up so what does Tyler do but YAK HIS SECOND THREE BALL WITH A PLAYER RIGHT IN HIS EYE. If that's not clutch, I don't know what is.
