Thanks to all who came down to Rockwood's preseason tournament. Today was much better than last night!! The weather was much better. Thanks to the parents that helped with the gate, concession stand, score board, and preparing chilli and cookies and pies and anything else I might have forgoten. Thanks!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the OS 3rd baseman who broke his leg today in a collision at 3rd base. Apparently he was OS's only senior player. We're all hoping for a speedy and full recovery.

Thanks for the concern about our lone senior who got injured Saturday. Since my kid is a Freshman, I'm still getting to know the older players and parents, but some other team parents told me they found out his leg wasn't broken, but that he had a deep bruise (whatever that is). I hope it heals quickly, It would be a shame for him to miss too much of his senior season.

I worked on the roster, but had to guesstimate some of the heights and weights. I didn't have a copy of the roster to go by. If anyone sees any major mistakes, let me know and I will correct them.

Rockwood won their season opener with sunbright 15-0. Andy Willis got a big homer tonight. Way to go Andy!! JV plays Webb tomorrow. Good Luck Tigers!

NO not lost interest... just been busy. Tigers lost to Camden then beat Rhea Co. on Saturday. Should have won the Camden game. But oh well it didnt happen that way. Tigers gotta get ready for this week. Oakdale onTues. Rhea Co. @ Rhea Co. on Thursday. Then to Lookout Valley tourny. Practice hard .
