Next years Mr. basketball

I think Jimmy Oden or Keith Ramsey coming back for their senior years will find themselves winning games again combiining for 40 or more points a game as they have numerous times in 05....either have enough talent to win AAA Mr basketball....they are both unselfish so it will be hard for them to put up the numbers as some of the other players can do being the "go to guy" on the team but we will see...................

In AA Kemp has a great chance, but I think Young will end up getting it.

A i think Marquis Weddle will get it...AA will definitely be between Thad Young and Willie Kemp, Young is the better player but i think Bolivar success the last 2 years makes Kemp the early favorite....i think AAA will be between Pierre Niles and Jay Watkins....DII goes to Wright again without question.

Marquis Weddle will win Single A Mr. Basketball along with MVP of the State Tournament...You heard it here first...

 

Maybe Lake County will make The 'Boro.."In Due Time"..But they are going to struggle to be the third best team in the district with Union City and Humboldt joining the party next season....

 

As for talent coming up...Union City's freshman team was 14-1..And the junior high was 15-4...Pretty good talent at UC also.....Not to mention the varsity at 31-3 with one senior lost to graduation.... thumb

Lake Co may struggle to win 1st place but not 3rd..Overall ,the Single A district in 16 A was as tough as the district Union City was in..Other than Union City.Trenton,Halls,and Lake Co could have beaten most of the other teams on most nights..Gibson Co gave Union City a scare and I don't believe Ripley would have put any fear in any of our teams...Plus,U.C. will lose a great player in Colby..it may hurt more than you realize.....With Trenton,Halls having a lot of returning players and Lake Co returning everyone..I would be willing to bet it will be a lot tougher district from top to bottom than what U.C.faced this year1

yea but Coby is the only sr they are losin. i definitely agree with you on 1 thing bigster...yalls single A district was tougher than UC's AA district.
