Championship according to school

 

Livingston Academy -- 4

Jackson County -- 5

Cannon County -- 2 One was in 1A though

YAI -- 1

 

Total for 7AA -- 11, plus if you want to count the Cannon Counties in 1A --12

 

Runner-up's

Livingston Academy -- 4

Dekalb County -- 1

Upperman -- 2

UCLA is the greatest basketball team in the world. They have 10 National Championships, twice as many as anyone else.

Westview will recover...and quickly for next season. They lose only one senior and Crittendon will be back. You'll see them make a run again next year. There is no quit to these girls -- and Coach McMillan will see to that.

didn't get to go, but it looks like the PG tearing the ACL finally caught up with them turnover wise - 12 pt margin though suggests she may not been enough anyways

 

13AA was "One-and-done" this year but 7AA was "None-and-done"

 

can't wait til the '05 challenge - looking at a possible sweep for 13AA as they are losing last seed UC to single-A and adding two district champions in Milan and still alive Dyersburg

Morris had her pretty frustrated inside. She was throwing up shots off balance and missing easy ones. Morris should be credited for her defense in that game. Bellamy didn't impress me but Thomas sure did last night. My vote is for her for Miss Basketball.
