8AA 2014 Predictions

Wow, that's impressive shooting or bad defense. Maybe a combination of both. When it rains it pours. Hopefully Gordonsville played the game of their lives. That's a real good win considering the shooting percentage. Thought it was good, but that is unbelievable.

What all 8AA teams play tomorrow and where? Both Smith County teams are playing at Cannon County. Boys play Coffee at 9:30 and girls play Warren right after.

LA plays Riverdale in Lebanon Thanksgiving classic at 5:30 today & Oakland tomorrow at 5:30.

LA beat Riverdale 61-53. Miller used the "platoon" system. 10 players getting fairly even playing time. Alot of speed & energy. This year will be fun!

Yes I think they did ok considering this is really their first game together. Especially against a bigger school that didn't lose yet. Looking forward to the rest of the year!

Cannon and east nashville tied at 52. Going to overtime!

Cannon loses by 2 to east nashville. This is why I think cannon will win district.

anything is possible. I think LA is too deep. they have at least 11 that could start anywhere else in the district. that is an impressive fight against east nashville, though!

Great game by Cannon last night playing East Nashville into OT and losing by 2. Our guys looked impressive against a talented, quick team. We were not intimidated and were very poised. Looking forward to a good year

very impressive by both schools. huge win for la beating powerful and undefeated riverdale. i already knew how good cannon was. almost beat state runner up and athletic east nashville. la and cannon will battle till the end for the district championship this year with upperman and smith co. giving both solid games.i mit add dekalb is overachieving.

LA beat Oakland 52-45. Oakland starting lineup 6'7, 6'5, 6'3, 6'1, 6', we seem to be able to handle speed & size. Good thing is we will definetly continue to improve, had some walks/double dribble calls. Football players feel & timing will only get better. Play Cookeville on tues. Could take down 3 AAA teams in a row.
