Alright big rivalry game Boones alil down this year but that boone pride and Coach Jenkins have keep the Trailblazers win streak alive an healthy...DC has shown much improvement since last years 42-7 loss at Boone , ,,,,,,, Who pulls its put  ??? i say DC gets over the hump in a battle 35-21

Crockett has everything to win and nothing to lose.   Boone can't make the playoffs so it's our last game with nothing but Washington county pride on the line.     Crockett is already in the playoffs so they are just playing for position.        Crockett takes this one by 10+ points.

If Boone can get to 4 wins it stands a decent chance of squeaking into the playoffs. It would be the highest rated of the state's 4-win 5A teams. So if Boone beats Crockett it might very well be the last team in or the first team out.

Boone does have a long shot at the playoffs but I just do not see us beating Crockett this year.    In either case it looks like 5A runs thru Knox West and that is where it will end for either team.

Surprised Boone won this one. I definitely felt like Crockett had them this year. I also heard a fight broke out between the two teams once the game was over. Maybe someone who was there can explain? blazer1, what happened?

We had a fight with about 5 or 6 seconds to go with our 9th and Crockett's jv in the first game but all went well the second time around.Can't bring up the vid at work,who started this one.

You mean your 9th vs Crockett's varsity that dresses and plays as junior varsity?

 

You couldn't really tell from the video who started it as both teams were pretty evenly involved from what I saw.

I said the first time we played them that it had to be the best DC freshman team in history and then found out their freshman left before we got there.It wasn't their varsity but I'd say most got some playing time on friday nights this year.They brought the 9th along for the rematch but most of those guys didn't put on their helmets until the very end if at all.
