Margie Coleman is talking about transferring from district rival McNairy Central to Chester County. It will be interesting to see whether she is eligible to play or not. Her younger brother is staying with the Bobcats.

She is there and is going to make them very tough!  They also had another transfer or two that will make them contenders.

Changes 14-AA now. Chester County is right there with Lexington as teams that can challenge South Side for the district championship. Coleman and Pipkin will form a lethal 1-2 punch. McNairy still will be good, dont get me wrong.

McNairy will struggle!  They have a great coach and a good post but don't have the guards to be competitive.

GC beat Chester County by 15 last Sat. And beat South Side by 20 tonight.

GC has taken on all comers in the early going with easily the toughest schedule of all West TN teams and have escaped unscathed.  Very impressive!  This should be their year to bring home the gold ball!

Justice White has dominated in the paint early on controlling the boards and doing her part on offense as well. Dresden is a good team as well and GC coming back late in that game down 8 with 2 minutes left and winning after missing 15 or so FT's in regulation says a lot about their character. Definitely a good team with a brutal early schedule.

Riverdale beat Chester Co in double digits. Don't remember the exact score but do remember that.

Gibson County is a great team and well coached butbthe South Side game was one sided. Yes, South Side plays extremely hard and aggressive but 50 free throws to 12 is a major issue.
