Who is it?

Neely broke his leg early in football season and is out for the year I believe. He is a good left handed post for LA. Hayes had a hurt hamstring too I believe awhile back. Haven't heard how he is doing lately.

CMS added a 6'7 post player who played his freshman year but left to pursue baseball. Added a new element to the team. Just FYI.

Predictions:

1. Smith

2. Upperman

3. Macon

4/5. CMS/Livingston (haven't seen much on Livingston)

6. York

7. Cannon

8. Dekalb

I could see this scenario playing out as well. How is the big kid from Central? If he can play, I put them at 4 and making their first region appearance.

Season is just around the corner! I can't wait for roundball!

How good will the 6'7 kid from Central Magnet be after 2 years away?

Can't coach size so that should help them some on the boards and in the post.

What do Cannon Co. and DeKalb Co. bringing back...they should be better this year I would think.

Will losing Neely hurt LA that badly? With Hayes and Miller they still should be very good unless I am missing something.

Upperman and Macon Co. should be very good this year I would think...everyone else chasing them.

Don't think there is any hype about Dekalb. Others voted them high and I voted them at 5. Just a prediction. Same reason u picked Central Magnet 4 or 5. Just ur predictions. We all have crazy opinions. Post player for CM will probably be a beast. Good luck to u guys.

    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
