I wonder how long it has been since Trousdale has NOT hosted a playoff game. It looks like that may be a possibility this year. Can anyone from the creekbank enlighten us?

The Fridge will certainly 'ice' the game early for Hillsboro. I don't expect to see him play much in the 2nd half.

Rod Smith from Milan definetly has a leg up on the competition. He is the real package. In my oppinion, he is the most valuable player to his team and deserves the recognition.

I think Cloudland will come back down to earth come playoff time. There region is pretty weak this year. I think the poll is acurate.

Hopefully Dresden can hang on to the ball this week. Dropped passes have killed them this year.

I don't think the kids quit. They just had some inopportune miscues later in the game that kept them from being in a position to win. I don't think the coaches quit either.

Athens is always a tough place to play. I say this game comes down to whoever does the best job of special teams wins. McMinn -3

Cookeville needs to get out of the trenches and get an air attack. Offensive adjustments, or lack there of, is what will win or lose this game.

I agree with the rest of the posts. You can do the exact same thing that the recruiting service can do. I would suggest a form letter, a video (marked please return so you can re-use) and plenty of postage stamps. I would include all schools that a youngster is interested in attending and also add DII, NAIA and JC's. The more you get the name out there the better.
