Why has it been so hard to find out what time this thing starts??? There have been three threads regarding the jamboree without a time mentioned. We live just outside of the Knoxville News Sentinel area and we are coming up because we have some things to take care of in Knoxville and would like to catch the jamboree before heading home.

What are the scheduled times????

It's a scrimmage, there is no "winner".......both teams "win" because they get to furhter evaluate their players and systems

Baylor will be at Red Bank on Tuesday, not sure what time but I think it somewhere around 3:00ish

Are you basing your entire opinion of Chattanooga on a couple of trips to Howard? If so, that is not fair.

He has been the Defensive Coordinator at Boyd.......Coach Fant who played at Vanderbilt is and has been the Offensive Coordinator. Coach Akin is going to Ringgold high school in Catoosa County, GA to teach PE and coach Girls Basketball.

Red Bank will win the championship, with Rhea Co and Cleveland battling tooth and nail for second. Red bank returns TayTay Caldwell (he is a tremendous athlete), Tim Benford, and Tracy Sims. They lost quite a bit off a very good defense, but the offense will be much improved. Their line will be better and they have all the skill players back. If they can get anything out of the defense they will be very tough.

Coleman is a rising star. He is very fundamentally sound, has good size, and a tremendous arm. The guy looks like a college quarterback as far as fundamentals and size. Don't worry about his "stars" and ranking, he has a good chance to contribute on the field for the University of Tennessee eventually.

Pickett was at Ooltewah last year and I believe she helped at GPS before that. She played at Chattanooga State and at UTC. Her brother is an assistant at UTC and coaches one of the Eagles travel teams. Grace is a high energy, very enthusiastic coach.

CATBIDDLE said something about knowing the facts.......well the facts were pointed out by youwillneverknow.....Lamar not once but twice broke the TSSAA no contact rules. He and Clifford are freinds, he never left b/c of how Clifford does or does not act or coach.

Boyd will definately be a factor in that region. They have a veteran team and plenty of talent.......they have kind of played up and down this season but like you said postseason is different. Should be a great region tournament.....with Hixson, Bledsoe, Boyd Buchanon, East Ridge, and Sweetwater

Nobody is taking anything away from Ooltewah. The statement was made that Red Bank's pitchers need more help from their defense (and RB has 2 good pitchers). Why does that make you think they said Ooltewah wasn't good?????? It is true the more errors you make the more the more the other team gets to hit with runners on base.....so RB needing more help from the defense (6 errors in a game) is accurate and has no reflection on Oooltewah. By the way, Ooltewah's pitcher, Holly Thomas, is very good and I think she will end up being great (she's only a sophomore?? I think??).

Baker will be at UTK, next year. What coach are you talking about from ER?

Some kids will wait until the summer to sign, just to keep open all the possibilities. Sometimes it is a case of hanging on to hope for the one school they are wanting the most. Sometimes it is just to keep open all possibilities and in case of new possibilities arising.

What is the new coach's name? Where did Andrea Roark go??

East Ridge has Baker coming back, so they will be tough. Bradley is too up and down. I think that district will be wide open w/ maybe Cumberland edging it out.

I don't know if they are full or not but here are a few other tournaments. Ooltewah Tournament at Warner Park in Chattanooga, April 7-8 Worth Tournament in Murfreesboro, March 31- April 1 Coffee County Tournament, April 28-29
