99 times out of 100 in the situation you described it's either Administration or Coaching, possibly both. It takes more than talent or coaching to have a great program

Sounds like a bunch of complaining to me. Sorry that your team can't beat Alcoa but that does not mean they are doing anything wrong. Every great public program has a few things in common: Development, Coaching, Administrative and Fan support and Culture. Alcoa checks off all those boxes, no suprise a few players transfer in to be a part of that. The core of their success is due to the kids that have been with them since Youth Football. It's not rocket science but requires 100% buy in from everyone

Single best story of these playoffs was Macon County getting their first state title. Always had the upmost respect for Coach Shoulers from his time at RBS and his short stint at Oakland and it was a thrill watching them put it all together in the playoffs. Well Done Macon County
