Gwave1 and Thegreatone36 Here are a few questions I have to start this discussion What does Gallatin Have to offer a coach coming in? Will the administration support a coach and his decisions about hiring? Will the administration support player discipline? How are monies distributed to the program? Will this hire be able to make the decision on how monies are spent and approiated? How will assistants be paid? Is their extra money to hire quality people outside of board funding? Same question goes for the head coach

I think Page gets upset in this one. Hillwood is not a bad football team at all. They are fast, they run well and they dang sure can throw the football. By the numbers Page should win! I think Hillwood wants it more and they pull the upset.

This whole idea of playing on Thursday had to be some kind of knee jerk reaction to complaints. People are not going to drive 2 hours to support a school on a Thursday night and have to work on a Friday unless they are a parent of a player. Many students won't either having to go to school the next day. Same thing goes for faculty. This effectively kills your gate. They have driven fan support out for this game, how sad for the kids, community, and school. You reap what you sow. I hope they lose their John Brown hind end.

Has nothing to do with where someone is ranked unless they are in the same region. Those regions will alternate every year in the quarter final game. If they are ranked in the same region the higher seed will be the home team On odd years the West travels to Middle TN for the Semi Final game. Even years Middle travels to West TN for Semi Final game.

Boy I disagree with that. Hillsboro is the most dangerous team in both these regions and maybe in the state. Problem is you don't know what your gonna get week to week, however they are more consistent every game. The road to Cookeville will not be an easy one.

This question seem s to be pointed in the wrong direction. It is very self serving, however I will address a couple of points. 1. I will not allow my kids to play in a program that is not competitive. I will not raise a child in a 100% losing environment. 2. All regions are competitive, that is also why there are non region games. You can choose those opponents to help bolster your program 3. If you are losing all the time then I would take a look at your administration. I am talking about the ones that put these coaches in place. 4. Athletes are not the problem. There are a lot of athletes in each and every school walking the hallways that don't even compete. To me, that is a coaching problem. 5. If you want to play winnng football, you have to develop a winning attitude before you ever play the game.

I agree with that also. It is a county rivalry both will come to play. Count nobody out in this. It is really about who wants it most. The team with the fewest mistakes wins. The crowd will be large and the atmosphere will be awesome.
