The York coach schedules a very difficult non-district slate of teams for his squad also. That helps prepare them for games like the one today -a very tight game against a quality opponent. Today wasn't the first time they encountered a situation where they needed to battle back from a sizable deficit in a loud, pressure-packed environment. Upperman didn't win the region outright last season....It seems that a bunch of Bee fans have forgotten that ! It could very likely be a multi-team tie atop the standings again this season!

What D1 programs have offered Aldino ? Nokes?

I've seen both these teams play this season already and I would bet on Hogeye to take the win...but I would be surprised if it is a blowout. Dekalb can definitely compete with LA .

This game will be about as exciting as this thread has been (Yawn!)...it's going to be a loooooooong night for the Dragons !

Refs definitely were rattled and had a terrible 2nd half....mostly both ways Macon Co. players, coaches and fans probably have a bigger gripe though. Just curious though.... I wonder if there is any video available of the discussion that Macon County's coach was having with B. Childress immediately following the game (other than the small bit that was shown on the telecast) ??
