Indeed it is, calling a team a bottom tier team is disrespectful a loss is a loss, and a win is a win, point differential is irrelevant. I didnt see where you stood up for a team that was called a bottom tier team, so dont bother trying to play the judge of my comments. I also like how you just took part of my post in your quote, it really had nothing to do with my comment. I was trying to say that Henry county is not a bottom tier team after I said that Dyersburg was a good team. If you are gonna comment on a quote, put the entire quote up please.

Dyersburg is a good team, but point differential between them and Westview the same as the Henry county game. I went back and looked at Westviews record the last 6 seasons, they have lost to 6 west tn teams, 4 of those team have beaten them multiple times, Gibson County, Huntingdon, South Gibson, and yes that bottom tier team from Henry county. Only 3 teams have beaten Westview in their home gym over the last 6 years, Gibson county, South Gibson and that bottom tier Henry county.

I do not understand the reasoning for having to put the same number of schools in each class. I like what football did, when they had the power 32 class, what is 4a, 1150-2900 students?

Use to it was a % of the gate, now it is $250 per game so if boys and girls both play, that is $500, If all girls teams played 3 hoc games and all boys teams did the same, roughly 300 schools times two for boys, that is 900 possible games at $250, $225,000.

back about 2003 Henry county hosted the region tournament and the wilson county schools complained about travel, since, we have not been an option to host. at one point we had 9 district schools Clarksville high, Rossview and maybe Norhteast were the only teams that could host the region, tssaa said close proximity to interstates, however, Dickson was not allowed to host and for heavens sake not springfield or Henry county, So now Henry county has to travel that far every year. tssaa said we didnt make enough money and we needed to have in a more metropolitan area, pitiful, I would be for a neutral site.

Caden is definitely among the elite qbs that have come through Henry county, may very well be the best, I have seen acceleration from him the last two weeks in the running game that I had not seen before from him. He is a very accurate passer and decision maker, and simply moves the chains at a steady pace. I think about Calvin, Marsalis, Najee, Ryan, Caden and Caden is the most complete in my opinion, they were all awesome and fun to watch. I would take any one of them again. I am curious Poineer, what would you think of say Gibson county being up 36 with 3 minutes left and still pressing with Micah Hart still in the game with a running clock? Curious because I saw that this season. I know what I thought, she only had 7 points after 3 quarters, so coach left her in to get hers.

Interesting, We tried to schedule Westview and from my understanding, the girls coach would not commit. They wanted a patsy for some recognition night.

So you dont recall, interesting, We were up and was never threatened, but I am proud of how you stood up for your team. HC played TCA in the old gym at Gleason. Summer games are just that, meaningless, however, that is my argument for why HC is my #5 over TCA

I would say this, If I lost to someone who I never I threatened to take the lead from, I would feel like I was handled. maybe a poor choice of words on my part, but if roles were reversed, I would have no argument. But then again, If TCA beat Henry county by 1 point and you said that yall handled us, I wouldnt argue that either. a one point win or loss is the same as a 25 point win or loss.

Beat them by about 12, Never trailed, missing our big in that game, poor choice of words, we were in control the entire game. you are welcome to argue that as well.

I have not seen TCA since the summer when HC handled them, I have not seen southside. I would say, Gibosn county McKenzie Southside HEnry County

I am wondering why no one is talking about McKenzie? I would put them right next to westview and GIbson county.

Gibson County, Westview, McKenzie are all very good, I have not seen Southside or South Gibson but they appear to be really good. Glad to see our Lady Patriots mentioned, TIme will tell on Dyer county and Henry county.
