Bryant Hahnfeldt has been tearing it up for Vanderbilt at PK as a true freshman. Just watched him nail a 48-yarder versus LSU and then make a TD-saving tackle on the kickoff. I believe he's 11-14 on FGs and has five tackles on the year thus far. He's a lock for freshman All-American honors at this pace.

Former STAR from Bruceton Central has become one of the premier linebackers in the SEC has made it on several lists as one of the best linebackers in the country. He was hurt in the Vanderbilt game and may miss the UT game. He was a featured player during the SEC media day earlier in the year.

 

Memphis has the Scott kid from JCM who is projected as a future NFL receiver.

Willis was a beast against UT....imagine what he could have done if he had had 2 hands to work with...he had like 15 tackles against the Vols all with a broken wrist. I remember him training by running up steep hills as fast as he could....he had an amazing work ethic for a kid and its paying off for him now...we'll see him on Sundays soon

Can't forget about Jason Witten from Elizabethton. He was a standout at tightend for the Vols. He now starts every Sunday for the Dallas Cowboys.

Fernando Bryant

former high school all-american at Riverdale, started at Alabama for a few years got taken like 26 or 27 overall in 99 NFL draft. Very efficient cornerback for the Jaguars and now plays for the Lions.

Rob Park from MUS got his first career start this week for Ole Miss at punter. Averaged 40.8 yds a punt, including a 62 yd one. Hes also the starting holder.

Wes Proctor (Sycamore standout from 1998-2001) was a preseason All-American at the I-AA level for Austin Peay and thus far this season he has played well on the offensive line.
