Best Team Since 2000 In 1a And 2a Combined

I will have to call it a tie between the 2000 CPA and 2001 Ezell Harding teams. Both those teams were awesome.

 

In 2A I will have to go with the 2003 Huntingdon team. I watched a very good Lipscomb team destroy Alcoa at Alcoa the week before. I thought no one would beat Lipscomb but Huntingdon didn't just beat Lipscomb. They killed them. The 200 and 2004 Alcoa teams were good. If the 2005 Alcoa team gets it done then they will be considered.

I know they came up a little short but the 2003 Milan Bulldogs were very good.

 

I'll have to agree. Huntington dominated a good Lipscomb team. Milan could have been there too.

Lipscomb 2002 the top rated defense in the state regardless of classification. Outscored oppenents in the playoffs 128-8. Played 18 quarters straight without giving upa touchdown. Winning the state championship over Mitchell 28-0 while setting a record for rushing yards given up with something around -21 for the Mitchell offense.

That Aloca team from last year was pretty dang good......I can't imagine any of the other teams beating them.
