Marshall county could be in the 3a final. They are going to be loaded with athletes at skill positions on offense and have always had a pretty good off. line. It will come down to the defense making a humongous improvement.

Riverdale will not be as powerful as everyone thinks. They lose their starting tailback, fullback, wide recievers, DBs, and linebackers. They do get some back but unless they have some major talent wating in the wings their 15 year run of top dog may be in Jeapordy.

They might not be a top dog next year, but one thing they can always be is a contender, so definately don't count them out. They have a bunch of younger guys, alot of them "no-names" at this current point and time, who will be looking to make a name for themselves this year. All the great seniors who are graduating this year had a time when they stepped up, and these younger guys will do the same. The names change but usually Riverdale football, year in and year out, stays the same.

How can you beat a team that's always as good defensively as Riverdale is and that isn't going to be any different in 2006.

While Alcoa does lose some great players to graduation, I would'nt count them out, they have enough of a talent pool, to compete in any given year.

Loudon will not even be the 2nd best team in Region 2 AA. Rockwood will.
