I am not dragging them down at all. Maybe u wasnt there when they got beat in OT by Fulton, Beau did not give the ball up and since he didnt they got beat. As for the assist Beau has, that is b/c he is a tremedous HIGH SCHOOL player. Hes 6'1 with amazing hops. Another reason whyb he has so many assist is the cupcake schedule they play.

I don't see how their schedule has to do with assists...but oh well, believe what you will...and yes, I was at the Super 16 and if you were too, then you will agree there were some very questionable calls towards the end of the game...game changing calls, if you will...admit it or not, you know the truth, if you were there...however, Central beat William Blount, so that should be enough from you...

Thanks guys for the input. I thought B. Brown was 6'3". Anyway, if the program is still the same way it used to be, I don't have to worry about opinions, I'll just go with what I know in my mind. I've never really known of a Central team that didn't play at least a little defense. I just think going through the Chattanooga end of the schedule shows they can compete with the "west", but I know how some view rural schools as less than competitive when facing inner-city schools. Throw it all on the table and let the chips fall where they may. I'll see them play myself very soon. Again, thanks guys.

Central ain't goin at the Round House this year...nobody will beat them there, that you are right about...while I am concerned about Bolivar Central, I believe Central can run with them...but we shouldn't be talking about that right now, that is a long way off...

I believe Central will be beatin at the "Roundhouse" on January the 24th when the McMinn County Cherokees go cross creek and beat the Chargers like they should have the 1st time they played it was very early in the year and the Cherokees have gotten a whole lot better since then.

Go CHEROKEES

Haha yeah man, they can hang with Bolivar...right. You said in an earlier post that Willie Kemp was runnin his own show, did you forget about that other superstar on that team, Wayne Chism? He's not goin to UT for nothin...

Nobody has forgetten about Chism...I was just tellin what I heard...I heard Kemp was tryin to do it all himself and the only other dude touchin the ball Chism, and that was just at times...course, thats just what Ive heard...gazing into the crystal ball, I believe IF MC were to play Btown, if Central could make Bolivar play away from their gameplan (runnin the floor, etc.) Central would have a legitimate shot...however, thats just my oppinion...

Central shouldn't even think about running with Bolivar...The Bolivar team speed will be much greater..it would be ludacris to suggest that. Centrals best chance would be take advantage of no shot clock and milk it down try to make it a low scoring affair. Also, Beau Brown would have to shoot 98.3% from the floor.

That may be the most idiotic post I've ever read. Just because of one statement. "Beau Brown would have to shoot 98.3% from the floor." Doesn't matter if you were being sarcastic or not...do you know how many shots that is? Good Lord! And just a spelling correction so you don't make anymore Sweetwater mistakes, its ludacrous, not ludacris. Ludacris is Chris Bridges, a rapper.

I think that runnin the floor would work into Bolivar's gameplan. Willie Kemp is one of the fastest guys in TN, he would have no problem gettin the ball up and down.

    • We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.
    • I like the Pirates chances. I’ll be there as soon as work allows.
    • Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.
    • I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.
    • I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
