yes, kathy kooeger will do were well in the distance events. she won state in cross country this year AS A FRESHMEN. she will be a force to be reconed with, especially in the mile. in one of her races she went out in 5:25 and she still had 2 miles to go. expect great things from her

Austin Lohin Sycamore.... The three most important words on this thread. You will see it alot, not only on this thread but on all the other ones too. He is all district basketball, all region football, and can run like the wind and jump like a kangaroo. He doesnt throw but if he did he would probably win!! He is a born athlete.

Danielle Sampley (JR) from William Blount can run and jump. She has had injuries the last two years at the state meets. This could be her year if she can stay healthy. Daniellie, best wishes for a great season.
