sycamore beat huntland tonight 7-0. it was a very strong outting by sycamores new sophomore stud, a complete game shutout. they hit pretty well tonight and heck, there was even a towering bullard home run. they play page sunday morning BRIGHT AND EARLY.

sycamore lost 13-6 to page and 9-1 to huntland today. as a team tey played like crap in both games in just about every aspect of the game. some individuals did well though. sycamore has 3 big district games this week and it would help them a ton to win all 3.

Whats wrong with sycamore this yr? thought they would be at the top of thier distirct this yr. Figured with the hitting and pitching they had last yr they would be good again. guess not.

Lack of consistency is killing Sycamore. They havent put it all together yet. Hopefully they will before the tourney comes around or they could be making a early exit.

you are right okiedoke, if sycamore doesnt cut out mistakes with this yr's district, they may indeed be in for an early exit. You guys just dont seem to be clicking like yall were last yr when i saw yall play? whats up?

Harpeth plays Stewart Co. tomorrow at Harpeth and at Stewart Co. Tuesday. Anyone know anything about Stewart Co.?

Well, we lose focus at times and when stuff isnt going our way we kinda get down. We arent getting too many breaks either. We are hitting the ball hard right at people and different stuff like that. Not making excuses thats just how baseball goes sometimes. I think we will turn it around.

to help u out straightbill the only thing i know about stewart is their new ace if a frosh. he threw a 16 k 1 hitter a couple weeks back against someone. but harpeth shouldnt have the slighest problem with stewart.

i know the storms and tornadoes hit hard around here the other night, especially charlotte. so how r the players, fields, etc, from each school in the district? especially creek wood and cheatham since both cities had tornadoes touch down there.

It was against Fairview where he threw a 1 hitter and struck out 17. That is Fairview's only district loss. Fairview gets the murderer's row of District 11 to end the season Harpeth, Creekwood, Sycamore and Montgomery Central.

Thats how Creek Wood started their season minus themselves. And only lost one tough game to Harpeth. NOT TO BAD. Creek Wood stay focused because anyone can beat anyone on any day. Its baseball. Go Redhawks!
