Dresden travels to East in 2 weeks to play us and i was just looking for some opinions, picks, on the game, seeing what the outside thought! Last year we beat them 43-27 but they are very physical and can play them game really good and i know they got 2 pre-season all-state picks! So seems like they'll be tough but don't forget East is returning some key players to including Tico Andrews! So just looking for some picks! :thumb::thumb:

Yeah East plays WH-Heritage Saturday night at 6:30 at East Robertson!!! Hey dave did you hear bout me breaking my leg??? Yeah i broke my fibula and had to have surgery and now have a plate and 8 screws in my leg for the rest of my life! Didn't know if you found out! But East vs. Dresden should be a great game! Can't wait to watch it, even though i would die to play!

is it ur senior year? Man if it is that really stinks man, im sorry to hear that. I hope u get to dress out sumtime b4 the year is over.

yeah its senior year but the coaches and trainers got me working out, doing all i can do...anything to get me back as early as they can...they're looking at me getting to play in the ezell harding game! so i'm pretty exited that it isn't a season ending thing cause i was really looking forward to this year! but i get to walk in 2 weeks then rehab for 2-4 so depending on how my body wants to heal then i will be back! appreciate the concern man! it just really stinks being a senior!

Yeah, I appreciate you letting me know you numb skull! How in the heck did you break your leg! I hope it wasn't a car accident because I've riden with you and I know how bad your driving is! I just saw you in Jackson this summer! What hapened? I had no idea! I hope you heal up fast in time for the really important sport! Oh, Kathy bar the door because I'm refereeing football games this year!

Yeah it happened right after my last travel ball tourney when we were in East Cobb. We were running routes, i cut then my foot got stuck in the ground and like my whole body just feel back on it! It hurt real bad but like the swelling has went down so much, you can almost see my ankle on the inside again! The original date when i could come back was like 10 weeks but he has already dropped it to 6 weeks cause how good i've been taking care of it...coach chatman has me in the whirlpool everyday and working out still, and even told my mom not to let me do that much so i wouldn't be out acting a fool. So hopefully i'll be 100% by goodpasture but i hope to play in ezell and jo byrns game! But ain't nobody scared of you refereeing, we know your going to be bad anyway!!! And yeah senior year is where its at for sure!!! I like do nothing all day so its not going to be a bad way to end high school this year! Oh i need you to call me bout some colleges down there you might be in touch with bout baseball...i really need to start making my decision!

      And that needs to go, Charter ,private ,magnet,city and any school that operates differently than pure public schools should be separated. What really needs to be done is address urban and rural. About all the usual powers have access to several kids from other schools period.

      Slightly off topic from a gender standpoint but just observed several boys volleyball games in the Knoxville area for a short spring season. The guys seemed to have a great time. There were several club players on each team but several football, basketball and tennis players involved. Knoxville Catholic, Maryville, Heritage, Knoxville West maybe William Blount had teams. Thanks to Coach Brent Carter from Knoxville Catholic/K2 for getting it together. I’m sure the coaches involved got several laughs trying to coach guys that really had no idea what they were talking about but pretty athletic and competitive. Catholic’s best basketball player told the coach he had played a lot of 2:3 and 1:3:1 but never a 3:3 LOL Maybe it will catch on with some more schools next year.
