MLREB
What NCAA violation are you getting ready to spring on this? Not sure there was a violation but it is unusual for a kid to hold a press conference and coaches from the university to be present at a commital. I do know Fatboy Wies was in Tennessee today. I'm do know GT commited to ND.....but a press conference with the coaches in attendance?...........I find that unusual.

No NCAA violations were committed during this visit today. I really believe the ND coaches know what they can and can't do. . Golden is a great kid who has an amazing opportunity in front of him. Actually, that would be a violation of NCAA rules. Coaches can't be present at press conferences concerning student/athletes not yet signed to a letter of intent, and unless a student/athlete is a mid termer, the first opportunity to sign is the first Wednesday of February.
