papatiger
he needs to good and hit some big ones if wavo goes to playoffs What does that mean? Corbin Jones is an excellent kicker and is improving weekly. I hope you don't actually think it will take a kicker to get us in the playoffs. Waverly has a lot more than a kicker. wtnkgb
Speaking from West TN, Camdens kicker is good, Union Citys has distance (only a freshman) Westviews has accuracy.
QBdad
Lets not forget Cole from Gibbs, he is a junior and can bust it from 50+ easy in practice. Has not attempted one that long in a game yet. Has been a little inconsistant in the past, but you want to talk about big time kicks; 10 seconds left on the clock, and he splits one from 44 on the right hash, not a very good snap either, so kudos go to Large for getting it down quickly, the official made a bone head call and whistled a time out after the ball had been snapped. guess what? Cole does it again splitting them with plenty to spare, hit the track and bounced into the fence for the second time, could have cleard the crossbar at about 53-55 yards easy. That kind of pressure (behind by two in a region game) and to hit it twice in a row, WOW. Gibbs won by one point over Rutledge with that (those) kick(s). In time with some more consistancy, Cole will be a name everyone has heard of by mid-season next year.

cosbybasketball30
I'm not saying he's the best, but Garreth Rowlands from King's Academy is whole heck of a kicker. His "kick-off" ability is the best in east Tennessee. He has to have a 90% touchbacks kicked. I was on the one because I was on the one yard line and he sailed it way to my right way over my end into the very back of the endzone. He told me he has the leg for a 70 yarder. Gifted soccerplayer. He is a exchange student from Wales and is a very nice guy.
