Weren't there a lot of people who were talking like Portland would be terrible back in August???? I remember after WH destroyed Beech in the jamboree and in that same jamboree Gallatin hammered Portland that folks were already thinking back to the good 'ole days in P-TOWN!!!!

This one can go either way. I honestly believe we are right now, at this point in the season, on level ground. I hope our young Blue Devils can go in knowing that missed tackles, like the ones against Page and FS, could be the difference maker against an always tough Portland team.

 

Gotta go with the Big Blue on this one, although I think it will be hard-fought. Regardless, the atmosphere will be electric both sides will be rocking!!!

I have to agree. I don't think Portland is back yet and having a new coach often seems to slow the progress for the first year or so.

u better believe havin a new coach makes a big difference they had a great coach in roger perry i hate to c him go out like he did. i would say it will take several years for portland to get back to the good ole days. I pick white house 28-17

I know Perry isn't there anymore but I still have tons of more respect for WH than I do for Portland. Go WH.
