#20 definitely deserved the player of the week. I watched the game Tuesday night on replay and he had a heck of a game. My question is, why was he taunting the THS fans? We all know why he did it to the South fans. They started it right? Just wandering what the THS fans did to provoke him.

I've given him a chance to clarify his actions. But, all the D-B fans say his actions are only towards South fans because of what they do to him. I was just wandering what the THS fans had done to him??? Do you know? Were you there?

People don't dislike an individual for no reason. I don't think there are many people who hate a high school athlete just because their jealous of him. I don't know anyone who is that sick, but i do know, and yes, from experience that Throp is a player who competes with a high level of passion, and that is in no way a bad thing. This passion is what makes sports so compelling to watch. When it becomes a problem is when this passion is directed in a dirogatory fashion towards the opposing team. And repeated acts such as this should not be tolerated or respected. There is no place for this in high school sports. Especially when it is not enduced. So you can get your boy's back all you want, but that doesn't make all of his actions correct. Personally I'm sick of hearing about this topic, and would like us all to forget about it, because now i think he's just enjoying the attention. Which is probly why it was all started in the first place.

Now lets get back to the subject about THS and SSHS and stop the talk about DB. Congrats on a Great year SO FAR DB but for now go and enjoy your thread about your off week and let us enjoy this one. If you want to put your cents worth about this make it your predictions on this Game and not the Past. I haven't said anything about #20 and I don't want to hear about him anymore.

Pretty much exactly what I said in another post on another thread. People like volmanscott are just losers, and will always be losers. Especially if you keep picking on #20. He has served up so much Crow to the "crybabies" that the Crow is soon to be on the National Endangered Species List.

ummmm...if you will read you will see it was a south "fan" that brought up #20. And just for the record, there is no way to have a thread in these parts and someone from another school not mention DB...the posts don't lie

 

But I agree the subject SHOULD be THS vs the Rebs. Obviously the Kpt Times-News has no faith in South except for Bill Lane. Unless South has truely shaken off the cobwebs from the last few weeks, then my bet is on TNHigh.
