Wow... Its already week 7. Its getting closer and closer to play-off time, and Region races are becomeing clearer..... :thumb:

Hampton @ Cosby: I won't say alot about this so where I don't tick Cosby people off... Hampton is ready for this game, and all this talk on here just gives them more fuel... I think JC leaves the starters in alittle longer than he normaly does in this one... Hampton-49 Cosby-8

North Greene @ Happy Valley: Its homecoming for the Warriors, and they'll be able to take alittle bit of a breather in this one, but they can't let their gaurd down completly... North Greene is a young team and "green", but they're hungry all the same... Happy Valley-34 North Greene-15

Jellico @ Cloudland: I'm not sure if Cloudland has their RB back yet, but I don't think it will make much of a differance. The Clawson kid ain't bad, but Jellico will make him look like a super-star... Cloudland-33 Jellico-6

Elizabethton @ Sullivan South: The Rebs seem to be coming of a mid season rut (no offense to Johson County), and I think they will get back on track against 'Betsy... Lets just hope the players haven't completely giving up on the season yet, or this could be ugly... Sullivan South-35 Elizabethton-10

Unaka @ King's Academy: This game is to be played on Thursday. I don't know why. It always seems like we've played them on a Thursday... Anyhow, I see Unaka's deffense pretty much shuting the Lions down. But with as inept as the Rangers offense has been lately, we may have to halt the game at 0-0 for Sunday services... Unaka-24 King's Academy-7

Cosby 22-20 are u crazy? Hampton will destoy them. I've played against both and Hampton is the better team by far. Cosby probably does have the better QB because he is so poise(Lunsford is not bad either he's got a good arm) and they might have a little more depth at WR but other than that Hampton out mans them. Should be interesting to see how it transgresses.

Transgresses you say? Nice word! :thumb: You boys from Unaka hold your heads high and continue to work, I FIRMLY believe if you had the same offensive game plan against the Dogs as you had against us you all could have kept that game MUCH closer, but as they say (whoever they are) hindsight is 20/20. Good luck the rest of this year and represent the region proudly in the playoffs. I know yall will! :thumb:

The quaterback thing I would have to question. Cosby 2 for 18 with 2 interceptions. Lunsford had a MUCH better night at Unaka. I also think Hampton has the better receivers.

And who knows,if they had thrown the ball all night against Cosby, they might have won.

I don't know... Throwing it more would have made the game longer, which would have probably givein the ball to Cosby more... Trying to just flat out-power Cosby wasn't a bad plan, there were just to many mistakes on the part off Unaka...

I would have mixed it up a bit more in both games. To much passing against Hampton and to much running against Cosby. You are right though, the mistakes were what beat you against Cosby.
